    • Harmonious.
    • Pleasant.
    • Readable.
    • Non-distracting.

  • Make your graphics work -

    • Keep them in balance with your content.
    • Provide low-graphics or no graphics options.
    • Use the 216 Netscape color palette.
    • Optimize images to keep file sizes down.
