The Infoseek Query Form:

Building a search query using the Inktomi search interface form requires only three very simple steps.

Type your search terms into the input box at the top of the form labeled "Search for information about:"

Click on the blink to select one of the search location options:

Search Location Options:

Note that the default is to search for World Wide Web (WWW) sites. You may also select Infoseek Select Categories and Sites, Usenet Newsgroups, Email addresses and WWW FAQ (frequently asked questions) files.

When you have finished entering your search terms and selected the search location option you want click on the button labeled "Search Now" or just press the enter key to begin your search.
